Beyond Dreams
Your Personal + Professional Accelerator for 2027
A leadership coaching experience
Design and materialize your next year with AI working for you and women who have your back.
“What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”Mary Oliver, The Summer Day
Vera Futorjanski, founder and creator of Beyond and Beyond Dreams
Who is this for?
- Women leaders who have bold dreams
- Who have a lot of responsibilities to juggle
- Who would like to be able to create more beyond their existing roles
- Who want AI taking work off their plate, safely
- Who want to do this in community and be held accountable for a whole year
- Who want to integrate their personal and professional lives, and live in flow
How does it work?
-
November 2026 – January 2027
Dream and design with AI
Nine weeks of live coaching sessions to dream and design your 2027, transform your constraints into opportunities and become AI proficient.
-
February 2027
The Ignition
A commitment ritual, where you step into the future you want to create.
-
February – December 2027
A year of boldness, power and magic
A lighter rhythm of Design Sessions, coaching, mastermind groups, community and support: executing, learning, and living the year you designed.
Your community
A community of global women leaders who have your back, working in smaller mastermind groups.
Bringing bold dreams into reality.
What if, before the year begins, you could actually design it?
And what if you could create it with a community of women committed to growing with you and helping you along the way?
This is Beyond Dreams.
Because the future is meant to be created together.
We will turn intentions into experiments, commitments and concrete actions, so that by the end of January, you are not standing at the starting line wondering what to do.
You have already begun.
Dream and design your year, put AI to work on it, and materialize it in community.
Nine live sessions to dream and design your 2027.
Then a year of human connection, execution, flow, peace of mind and accountability, in community.
We will:
-
Assess
Where you stand today, across the areas of your life that matter, and in gratitude for everyone who brought you here. We begin by seeing how far you have already come.
-
Transform
Identify your beautiful constraints, and transform them into opportunities.
-
Dream
Give yourself permission to imagine a bigger, more expansive version of your life without immediately asking, “How?”
-
Design
Create a clear vision, intentions and commitments for 2027, designing your dream the way an artist builds a masterpiece.
-
Materialize
Turn ideas into action, supported by women who are committed to seeing you move forward.

At the core of the whole year
We design for serendipity and stay open to synchronicity
The meetings that change a year usually get called luck. We design for them: introductions made on purpose, networks made visible to one another, collisions arranged between women who had no reason to meet and every reason to.
Your facilitators
Beyond Dreams is guided live, week after week. Four facilitators hold the space, each bringing a different craft.

Through her Wealth Expander Framework, Syama invites women to stand in their greatness, lead with curiosity, and expand what is possible for others. As co-founder of Wealth Catalyst, principal at Big Delta Capital, and host of Getting Rich Together, she creates transformative spaces where women build, preserve, and deploy capital with confidence.
Syama’s work moves the conversation beyond financial literacy toward financial self-trust, personal responsibility, and meaningful action, equipping women not merely to participate in the future of wealth, but to shape it.

More featured voices from inside the community to come.
You don’t do this alone.
This is the part that makes Beyond Dreams different: how we connect the groups.
You will be part of
a small mastermind group
that meets every two weeks, holds you accountable, and is connected to the greater community.
You share your commitments.
You take the next small step.
You celebrate the wins.
You get unstuck.
Each mastermind group has its own dedicated space in Slack, with a dashboard of commitments and an easy-to-follow methodology that makes the most of your time together.
To keep that accountability and actually make things happen, we apply the behavioural science behind stickK, the methodology of its creators Dean Karlan, Ian Ayres and Jordan Goldberg.
And your group is one cell in something larger: the wider community. Groups connect with groups: support, resources and introductions flow across the whole community, curated by us, and curated learning travels with them, so you see what other groups are discovering.
We need people who have our back.
The women in this community will know what you are trying to create. Not only will they remind you of it, they will open doors and opportunities for you. They will have your back.
One seat. One year.
One price carries the whole thing. Payment plans are available on request.
Every seat carries
- Nine weeks of live coaching sessions to dream and design your 2027, transform your constraints into opportunities and become AI proficient
- Additional coaching hours during the nine weeks, if you want to show up
- The Ignition: a workshop where your design becomes a promise
- Your mastermind group, every two weeks, all the way through 2027
- A monthly Reignite to review the month, recommit and go again
- Four quarterly Design Sessions, 90 minutes each, to step back and design the quarter ahead
- Featured voices from the Beyond network, all year, to inspire and coach you
- Continued updates on AI developments, as they land
- The community, and women who have your back
€3,997
€4,997
Payment plans availableEnrollment closes 13 November, or sooner if the room is full. Forty seats.
The price you see is the full price. Nothing is added at checkout.
We are making this experience as accessible as possible, because we are living a delicate moment in human history, one that asks women leaders to be bold, dream big and create better futures together.
And if it is not for you
One hundred percent money back.
If in the first 14 days of the programme it is not for you, we refund your fee in full. No questions asked.
If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK and you are paying for yourself, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of the day you pay. How to do it, and who you are buying from, is in the legal notice.
Frequently asked questions
How much time will this take?
Across the nine weeks, plan on three to four hours a week. Most of the work happens live in the sessions, not after them. If you want to go deeper, we give you additional materials and resources, and you may spend up to six hours. Through 2027 it is your mastermind group every two weeks, a Reignite each month and a Design Session each quarter.
What if I miss a live session?
Sessions are recorded and yours to watch back in your own time, and your mastermind group meets every two weeks, so a week away does not leave you behind.
Where does it happen?
Online and live, wherever in the world you are. The live sessions are on Tuesdays at 11:00 AM Eastern Time (90 minutes): 4:00 PM in London, 5:00 PM in Berlin, 8:00 PM in Dubai. The optional coaching is on Thursdays at 11:00 AM Eastern (60 minutes). All sessions are recorded, so you can watch at your own pace.
The nine weeks of design happen in Circle, our learning platform and community. Then execution moves to Slack, where your mastermind group meets, and the Circle materials stay available.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No, and nothing here assumes you do. No technical background needed. Just curiosity.
What if I already work with AI, and already have my own agents?
Then we start from there. If you are already running agents, the nine weeks go into making them sharper and pointing them at the year you are designing. Nobody gets left behind, and nobody gets held back.
Is Beyond Dreams only for women?
This edition is. The mastermind groups ask for a particular kind of openness, and this first edition is built so that women can have that with each other. It is a choice about intimacy, not a statement about who belongs.
Men hold space here too: two of the four facilitators are men, and guest voices are invited for what they bring. Editions for men, and mixed editions, will follow.
Do I need to be part of Beyond already?
No. Beyond is a curated community, so we read every application and take it from there.
What happens after I apply?
We read every application ourselves, and we will be in touch within three days with the next steps. If you would rather talk it through first, say so and we will find a time.
Can I pay in instalments, or can my company pay?
Both are possible. We will arrange it with you after you apply.
We have designed this course with behavioural science at its core.
We know that most of us sabotage our futures and our lives from a scarcity mindset, and that it comes down to two excuses: time and money. We stay busy when we do not have to, so we never look at what counts and what is difficult. We do not do the hard parts first.
So we have built the whole course to push you past your own boundaries, and to do it compassionately, on practices that are proven and on methods that are showing real promise.
Design. Materialize.
Your next year. Together.
